Reviews from previous ZuluWaters guests
“Stayed in the Shaka Lodge for little more than a week and got blown away by the amazing surroundings topped with a five star housing. The lodge is situated on a hill overlooking the green mountains of the Drakensberg World Heritage Site, already from the balcony you can spot all sorts of animals passing by from herds of Zebras to Rhino families. There is a tennis court with stunning views which we enjoyed to use. The chef, Mbongazeli not only prepares delicious and healthy meals but also cracks jokes and rounds up the overall incredible atmosphere of the place. Beautiful getaway, absolutely recommended!” wrote yff95 their TripAdvisor page.
Desmond O’Connor added; “What a super place to stay – 5 star accommodation, beautiful food and the most amazing setting! Best of all was the fishing! Great rainbow trout and on the bite! The setting is incredible overlooking rolling hills and the dam with its Fish eagles is utterly beautiful!”
