Marine Dynamics shark tour
Expect a once-in-a-lifetime shark cage diving experience that will captivate your imagination – both as a diver and non-diver!
A typical trip begins at the Great White House in Kleinbaai with a tasty breakfast or lunch. After your safety briefing, you will be given wetsuits and other equipment before being led to the boat.
Named the Slashfin, the boat is a unique, multi-million Rand aluminium vessel that was custom-designed for speed, stability, safety and space. It can comfortably accommodate up to 40 passengers and crew.
On any given day, expect the crew to locate at least two or more members of the Marine Big Five – sharks, dolphins, whales, seals and penguins, as well as several bird species. They will then drop anchor, you will suit up and be lowered in a cage surrounded by sharks. Even those choosing to remain on the boat will get an experience of a lifetime!
Depending on shark activity, conditions, and the number of divers, they can anchor for up to two hours. Weather permitting, they will also take you on a quick trip to the infamous Shark Alley before heading back to the Great White House for a meal and shower before your departure.
