Throughout South Africa, many beloved animals are threatened by human activities, none more widely discussed than the rhino. Conserving these endangered species is more than just a call; it’s a lifestyle, one that the Zululand Conservation Trust has embraced. Established in 2011, they strive to sustain the land and conserve endangered species while uplifting global communities through partnerships, projects and programmes. Over the past decade, they have worked to support the rhino population through various conservation efforts, volunteer work, and social gatherings like their much-anticipated Rhino Run and Rhino Ride this July and August, the cheapest, most fun safari weekend for all to enjoy on foot/bike.
