The Kgalagadi Lifestyle Lodge provides everything you need for an enjoyable stay in this beautiful part of the country where a desert haven meets the wilderness.
The Lodge boasts a licensed restaurant, the Black Mane Butcher & Grill, where guests can enjoy delicious meals from locally sourced top-quality meat, game and produce.
A great spot to socialize is around the fire pit, and the sparkling pool is a welcome place to cool off and relax after a long drive.
The Lodge has a wine shop and a grocery shop with freshly baked bread, fresh fruit and vegetables, and readymade meals.
There is an air strip and transfers from Upington Airport are available. Guests also have the option of hiring a 4×4 vehicle through their Oryx 4×4 Vehicle Hire.
Self-Catering Accommodation at Kgalagadi Lifestyle Lodge
The Lodge offers a range of clean fresh and modern accommodation to suit all guests.
There are Luxury and Standard ensuite chalets as well as eight business chalets, four of which are self-catering and four non-self-catering.
The Family Chalets have two separate rooms, with one shared bathroom.
The Kgalagadi Lodge Villa has three rooms, one of which is ensuite and a further shared bathroom. The veranda area is closed in and has a built-in braai.
All chalets have luxury duvets and premier linen, are open plan, with a kitchen and seating area, air conditioner, DSTV and WiFi. Each has an outside dining area with a free-standing braai – an ideal spot to enjoy a sundowner and take in the panoramic view.
The Luxury camping chalets and the camp sites each have their own ablution facilities, a small fire pit and a shade net veranda.
