A great addition to Knysna’s coffee scene is Trinity Premium Coffee Co. This small batch artisan coffee roastery is conveniently located in Central Knysna.

Trinity Coffee Co. is wheel chair accessible and has plenty of parking on the premises. This is a great place to catch up on some work, study or just to hang out with friends, and they offer free Wi-Fi.

The décor is minimalistic, leaning towards industrial and has a great vibe with indoor and outdoor seating, and friendly and efficient service.

If you are looking for a good cup of coffee this is the place to go. There is something for everyone’s taste, from more refined coffee drinkers to those who love something sweet. From espresso classics to hot chocolates and lattes.

Something different is their Moonmilk. A blend of cardamom, cinnamon and honey is a calming milky drink which can be enjoyed on its own or made into a latte. Or try the Vanilla, rose and honey steamed milk.

Trinity Coffee Co. is famous for their delicious cakes, pastries and breakfast bagels. These come with both savoury and sweet fillings, including a vegetarian option.

Trinity Coffee Co. is environmentally conscious and only deal in Fair Trade and organic coffee. All their food packaging is biodegradable.

They believe that the most important part of coffee is appreciation of the coffee farmer. They source only the finest high quality coffee beans directly from the farmer. They then roast the beans on site, using the most modern equipment, and according to the best profile for each coffee origin, giving their customers an unforgettable coffee experience.

Freshly roasted coffee beans are available for purchase and they also offer coffee tasting events.
