Healthy Food Choices at Bang’s Kitchen and Catering Services

Situated in Vryburg, Bang’s Kitchen and Catering Services is a youth owned company headed by dynamic Kego Loeto, who is also the head chef.

Their mission at Bang’s Kitchen is to supply a healthy balanced menu of nutritious food and to encourage healthier food choices. Using natures goodness, their aim is to help those who have been diagnosed with lifestyle diseases such as obesity, diabetes, TB, HIV/Aids and high blood pressure, to manage their prescribed diets.

This health-conscious restaurant serves delicious food that adds value to a customer’s health.

Customers may dine in their rustic restaurant or have their meals delivered to within a reasonable radius of the restaurant. Take aways are also available.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00.

Bang’s Kitchen and Catering Services Menu

Their menu includes a variety of savoury or fruit platters, pasta dishes, fish, chicken, beef and mutton. There are wraps, delicious smoothies as well as sweet treats.

They offer a great service for healthy school lunch boxes. These can be delivered to the child’s home before school, or to any of the local schools. The boxes contain healthy, tasty balanced meals, and can be ordered on a daily, weekly or monthly basis for day or hostel scholars. They also offer Adult lunch packs with a menu tailored to meet each clients dietary needs.

Event Catering

Bang’s Kitchen and Catering Services offer event management and event hosting as well as catering for weddings, corporate functions, themed parties, product launches, or any celebration.

To my mind a great restaurant offers three things – excellent service, great food and a wonderful ambiance. Of these, service is the most important.

No matter that the food is delicious and the setting delightful, poor service can ruin the occasion. However, great service combined with mediocre meal and a plane jane restaurant can still be a pleasant night out.
