Embark on a holiday to remember at Bonamanzi Game Reserve

Across the 4000 hectares that make up Bonamanzi Game Reserve, guests are offered a range of accommodation each created to suit the needs of the most discerning traveller.
The reserve offers a variety of self-catering options starting with their well-known Tree Lodge. With its three bedrooms that interlink through a boardwalk, the Tree house can accommodate up to six guests. Additional self-catering options include the luxurious and private Dinizulu Camp which can comfortably accommodate up to six guests and comprises three separate thatched units with each unit including an en-suite bathroom.
The Rustic Tree Houses is perfect for couples, and the Rustic Family Tree Houses can house a family of four. Larger groups will love the Nayla Lodge as it can host eighteen guests. With its fully equipped kitchen it is still a suitable self-catering option, however it is not as private as the other lodges. Additional options for larger groups are the Game Lodge and the Bundu Rustic Camp.
The Lalapanzi Deluxe Chalet are the thatched units, while a Sand Forest cradles the Lalapanzi Combo. Bonamanzi also provides a campsite that can accommodate up to 156 guests in 24 units. Each campsite is allowed to make use of the communal kitchen and ablution facilities, unless an executive site is booked.
Springtime is for safaris

At Bonamanzi Game Reserve, guests can enjoy a self-drive, but it doesn’t provide full access to the reserve. Under the supervision of experienced guides, embark on a two-to-three-hour game drive and witness the big four, as there are no lions in the reserve. Guided or solo bush walks are available on well-marked paths.
Alongside a classic safari or bush walk, guests at Bonamanzi can enhance their spring holiday with one or more of the other outdoor activities offered at the reserve. Sail down the Hluhluwe River on a boat cruise supervised by experienced guides or spend an evening under the stars with a bush braai complete with an interactive performance by the Zulu Dancing Extravaganza, with prizes for best dancers.
