One of the trendiest restaurants in South Africa, RocoMamas Ballito, has a loyal following of burger enthusiasts.
The décor is funky with a rock ’n roll vibe and the open style kitchen enables customers to enjoy the aromas and watch while the food is being prepared.
RocoMamas serves beer, wine, cocktails and spirits and the indoor and outdoor seating areas make for a relaxing laid-back space to sit back and enjoy a meal and a drink.

The menu goes far beyond your regular burger joint. It’s all about customization at affordable prices. As they say at RocoMamas ‘We’re Not Normal’!!
There is something to tempt every palate. You can build your own burger with a choice of no less than seventeen additions.
The popular Smash Star Burgers come as single, double or, for the brave and really hungry, as triple. All served with shoestring fries.
The menu includes pork ribs, wings, combos, salads and great snacks. Their delicious pops, or fried cheese bombs come in jalapeno, chilli or feta, with a dipping sauce.
Fries are thick cut, shoe string, sweet potato or Turbo Charged with chilli.
On the sweet side there are waffles and their Freak Shakes, the likes of which you have never seen before. Bursting over the top of the glass, Slow Death by Chocolate says it all.
Their slightly less decadent G-shakes come in flavours like Belgian Chocolate, peanut butter, lemon meringue and creme brulee as well as blue berry and strawberry.
The atmosphere at RocoMamas is warm and inviting, and a generator takes care of any loadshedding. There is free Wi-Fi, ample parking, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible and customers can look forward to professional service and attentive staff.
