IDD Skin Sense offers a whole new facial experience with Lovisa

Nothing feels quite as good as taking a spa day to spoil yourself and refresh your body. When it comes to skincare, a facial is just the thing you need to feel rejuvenated and fresh. And at IDD Skin Sense in Port Elizabeth, facials are their specialty.

When I was offered the chance to try out the new Lovisa facial, I jumped at the opportunity. Ingrid’s bubbly personality and inviting nature made me feel very welcome when I arrived for my facial.

Ingrid, who has 39 years’ experience in the beauty industry, explained the introduction of the Lovisa range, and that all their products are locally made and completely organic. The packaging is also made from completely recyclable materials – true being beautiful should never cost us the environment.

The new Lovisa facial is a great addition to IDD Skin Sense

After I changed into my robe, Ingrid started my facial. She asked me questions about the kinds of skincare products I use and any kind of allergy or skin conditions I might have.

After my skin was analysed, Ingrid knew which products she would need to use for my skin type. She started off with nourishing oil treatment, followed by eye make-up remover.

As a special treat Ingrid showed me the Lovisa Dermaplaner, an item, which has a micro-blade that is used to help with the removal of blackheads and peach fuzz on the face. Intrigued, I gave the device a try and was pleasantly surprised by the results.

She then used a cleanser and serum to help hydrate my skin. After a wonderful facial massage, she applied the Lovisa hand lotion to my hands as an added bonus – my hands have never felt softer!

I left IDD Skin Sense feeling totally refreshed and ready for anything. The Lovisa range is not only new and interesting; it is available at reasonable prices! I will definitely be returning for some of their products.

Ziplining, bungy jumping and shark cage diving are all very safe. It’s just that our mind tells us we are craaazzzzyyyy to be doing this.
