Lalapanzi Guest Lodge – perfect for excursions to Port Elizabeth

The kitchen, dining and lounge area were for those wanting to self-cater in mind. The kitchen has all the modern cooking amenities while the dining and lounge area provide comfortable seating during meals or while relaxing.

As if the lodge could not be comfortable enough, it also provides you with satellite television and free Wi-Fi as well as being serviced on a daily basis.

Every guest unit has its own private entrance leading off a secure parking area. Guests, who prefer to stay on a bed and breakfast basis, can enjoy a scrumptious breakfast served at the lodge’s specially-built breakfast room.

Besides being located within reach of the City’s beachfront attractions, restaurants and the CBD, Lalapanzi is also easily accessible from the airport and the Settlers Freeway, making access to the commercial and industrial centres of Nelson Mandela Bay a simple matter.

Children are more than welcome as the lodge can cater for up to eight children and 16 adults at a time.

To my mind a great restaurant offers three things – excellent service, great food and a wonderful ambiance. Of these, service is the most important.

No matter that the food is delicious and the setting delightful, poor service can ruin the occasion. However, great service combined with mediocre meal and a plane jane restaurant can still be a pleasant night out.
