There is also a lovely swimming pool where you can relax and cool down after a long day.

When I went for my spa treatment at the Dee’s African Spa, I was delighted to see that the spa room allows for views of the wildlife of Kruger National Park and the Sabie River. I felt so fortunate when I heard the hippos and elephants wandering while I was having my spa treatment. I’m sure I even heard a lion’s roar in the distance!

The hotel also has a few self-catering units should guests prefer. Simply call ahead and the staff will bend over backwards to meet your needs and make your stay memorable.

To my mind a great restaurant offers three things – excellent service, great food and a wonderful ambiance. Of these, service is the most important.
