Willow Creek Villas are perfect for small to large families or a group of friends wanting to spend a weekend away together. Guests can enjoy the sights and sounds of the tranquil, natural surroundings while sitting on the deck and sipping on sundowners.

The villas offer flexibility and can accommodate a maximum of four people comfortably.

Each villa has two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, a bathroom with both a bath and shower, and a sliding door that leads out to the wooden deck. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms are carpeted and have ample cupboard space.

The living area is open-planned and tiled, with sliding doors leading out to the deck. The six-seater dining area is a perfect place to enjoy a meal together with everyone and the fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, a dishwasher and a microwave allows you to cook any meal you like. A washing machine and tumble dryer will help keep your clothing clean and fresh during your stay.

A TV with DStv and a DVD player will keep you and your family or friends entertained during your stay. All linen, including towels, will be provided during your stay as well as complimentary toiletries and cleaning materials.

The wooden deck area has braai facilities so guests can enjoy a traditional South African cookout under the starry African skies. Wood can be provided upon request. The comfortable patio furniture is a great way to relax and make the most of the long summer days and beautiful sunsets.

Electric blankets and underfloor heating will keep you cosy and warm during cold winter nights. The underfloor heating is available in the lounge, bathrooms and bedrooms.

You can keep your cars safe and secure in the automated garage and housekeeping services are available from Mondays to Saturdays.

Restaurants with a good mix of service, food and ambiance

To my mind a great restaurant offers three things – excellent service, great food and a wonderful ambiance.  Of these, service is the most important. 

No matter that the food is delicious and the setting delightful, poor service can ruin the occasion.  However, great service combined with mediocre meal and a plane jane restaurant can still be a pleasant night out.

We’ve eaten in restaurants that are really dirty but with incredible food and couldn’t help but give a rave review.  We’ve also hardly noticed what we ate because the setting was just amazing.
