Annual Tequila and Mexican Food Festival takes place in Centurion, Johannesburg

Centurion, Johannesburg – Grab your sombreros and gather your amigos, the annual Tequila and Mexican Food Festival is set to take place on the 18^th of May at the Royal Elephant Hotel & Conference Centre in Centurion, Johannesburg, and this year it promises to be beeger than ever!

Pringels and Corona have teamed up for the 2019 festival to bring you a celebration like no other. Spend the day walking or laying down on the soft green grass and helping yourself to the variety of traditional Mexican cuisine and shots of tequila while the live entertainment plays in the background.

Drink & dance at the Tequila & Mexican Food Festival

While you snack you can learn more about the traditions and festivals that Mexico has to offer. From calavera skeletons to piñatas to a mechanical bull ride, you can totally immerse yourself in the Mexican culture.

A spectacular line-up of performers are set to appear at this year’s festival, such as Jeremy Loops, Jo Black and VAN PLETZEN to name a few.

Live entertainment will be taking place on the main stage while the second stage plays all of your favourite tunes throughout the day. Loads of food stalls and multiple large bars will be set up as well as two beer gardens and a variety of different tequila stalls.

Bring along your picnic basket and settle down under the large stretch net area so you can relax in the shade while chowing down on some tacos. Seating areas and crowd standing areas will also be made available.
