Boni Africa Safaris was founded by Siboniseni Ngidi. Born in the famous The Valley of Thousand Hills in Kwa-Zulu Natal province, he has worked in the tourism industry all his life.

Ngidi began his tourism career in 1994 at Phezulu Crocodile Farm and Snake Park where he became a site guide and learned how to handle snakes and crocodiles. He then trained as a professional tourist guide for the Province of KwaZulu Natal.

After working at Gooderson Zululand Safaris and Thompsons Travel as a registered guide, he qualified as a registered national guide for all nine provinces of South Africa.

Boni Africa Safaris was born in 2008 out Ngidi’s desire to share the beauty of South Africa and Africa with international visitors and local holiday-makers wanting to discover their own backyard.

To my mind a great restaurant offers three things – excellent service, great food and a wonderful ambiance. Of these, service is the most important.

No matter that the food is delicious and the setting delightful, poor service can ruin the occasion. However, great service combined with mediocre meal and a plane jane restaurant can still be a pleasant night out.

We’ve eaten in restaurants that are really dirty but with incredible food and couldn’t help but give a rave review. We’ve also hardly noticed what we ate because the setting was just amazing.

How do you know when you have had a great spa experience? The answer, of course, is when you doze off on the treatment table.
